FAQs: Frequently Asked Questions

How do I order? You can now order through the shopping cart or you can call with your order if you prefer. We just ask that you call during regular business hours.

Where do you ship? We ship to US addresses only.

Alaska and Hawaii We ship Priority Mail to Alaska and Hawaii, unless you prefer a different carrier. Rates are based on published Priority Mail rates.

How do you ship and what will it cost? We ship mostly via Priority Mail and UPS. Estimated shipping charges will show at checkout, but you will be billed exact shipping.

What if an item is out of stock? We will contact you to check for a substitution, if possible, or to inform you of the scheduled delivery date.

Is there a mailing list? We do maintain a list to notify you of special events. You decide whether to be included on out list.

Does the Weavers Loft have a retail store? Yes, we are located in Dover, Indiana, about a 30 minute drive west of Cincinnati. Hours vary, so please call ahead (800-449-6115).

What if I still have questions about products? You may email us at barb@weaversloft.com or you may call 812-576-3904 between 10-4 (ET). If we�re not in, please leave a clear message and we will return the call.

What else should I know? Prices are subject to change without notice. Indiana residents will be charged 7% sales tax.

Free Shipping on Select Looms
All other orders are shipped by the Postal Service and UPS. If you have a preference, please let us know. If you have a PO Box, please also provide us with a physical address for UPS. Estimated shipping charges will be calculated on your order, but you will be billed actual charges based on weight. If you pay by check, we will refund overages and bill shortages.
